Roadside Assistance exists for your peace of mind. Once you purchase an Auto policy with us, the service is available Mon – Fri 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Sat 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Motor 5 R's Conditions
If within twelve (12) months of the policy cover the vehicle is twelve (12) months old, or considered a new vehicle, and an accident occurs causing the vehicle to be a totalled, the Corporation will replace, or pay in cash the sum insured of the policy.
Within eighteen (18) months of the policy cover and an accident occurs giving rise to a claim for repairs the parts to be replaced would not be subject to depreciation.
Within twelve (12) months of the policy cover and an accident occurs giving rise to a claim and the vehicle is rendered a total loss the un-used portion of the cover will be reinstated by the Corporation and the insured will pay the pro-rata portion of the premium to extend the cover to twelve (12) months on the reinstatement of policy cover.
Within twelve (12) months of the policy cover and an accident occurs giving rise to a claim whether it is repairs or total loss to the vehicle the No Claim Discount attained will be reinstated to the policy on a one (1) time basis only.
If at any time during our Comprehensive motor coverage an accident occurs giving rise to a claim and the vehicle is unable to be driven, the Corporation will compensate the insured or bear the cost of towing.
Commercial Motor Insurance
If you use a taxi, minibus, HGV, truck, lorry, van or even fleet of vehicles for your business, then you will need commercial motor insurance, which is the collective name for all of these individual types of insurance cover involving vehicles used for commercial purposes.
