- Call the Life Division at (268) 481-7863/64/65
- You will be guided on the specific steps and documents required to process your claim.
2. Prepare Required Documents
- Gather all necessary documents as instructed, including the policyholder’s details and any additional forms provided by the Life Division.
3. Visit Our Office
- Submit the required documents to our office, where a claims technician will assist you further.
