Originating from Trinidad and Tobago, Candice has led organization-wide risk initiatives focused on strategic resilience, operational continuity, and governance excellence.
Her leadership has been central to the development of integrated risk frameworks, the implementation of organization-wide risk registers, and the execution of risk assessments aligned with Board-level priorities. Her core strengths include Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Fraud Risk Prevention.
Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, a Certification in Business Continuity Planning (ABCP), and an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management.
