Aarion A. Nicholas - MBA, CPCU, ARe
Aarion A. Nicholas is the Chief Executive Officer of State Insurance Company Limited, bringing over 15 years of specialized experience in the insurance industry. Known for her visionary leadership and deep sector insight, Aarion has been instrumental in shaping SICL’s strategic direction, leading the company with a strong focus on performance, innovation, and customer value.
She is a distinguished member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), and serves as an Executive Member of both the Antigua and Barbuda Employers’ Federation and the Insurers’ Association of Antigua and Barbuda.
Aarion holds an MBA (Corporate Finance) from Walden University and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West Indies. She also holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation. Her leadership is defined by a results-driven mindset and a passion for transforming the insurance landscape in Antigua & Barbuda and beyond.
